Our Journey
We started with a humble beginning in 2006 – just a few primary school children from the neighborhood, with a special focus on the girl child. Most of our students came from marginalized families whose parents were daily wage laborers, often illiterate and unconcerned about their children’s education.
Motivating them to send their children to school was an uphill task. But our dedicated team persevered, and we succeeded in bringing boys and girls into our classrooms. What began as classes up to 5th standard has now grown into a comprehensive program from Nursery through 10th grade.
Flora Gardens Girls Program
Our exclusive program for girls (grades 6-10) ensures they complete their education with dignity, confidence, and marketable skills. We believe when a girl is educated, she transforms her entire family and community.
