From humble beginnings to transforming thousands of lives

2001

LMES Established

Lateef Memorial Educational Society was founded on July 19, 2001, as a ‘not for profit’ voluntary organization to help backward and under-privileged Muslim communities.

Ayesha Foundation Born

Following LMES’s path, we established The Ayesha Foundation with compassionate team members and dedicated volunteers, registered with the Government of Karnataka.

Flora Gardens School Opens

We started Flora Gardens School with a few primary school children from the neighborhood, with special focus on the girl child in Meerut Cantt.

IBTIDA Project Launched

Started non-formal education center at Lal Kurti Area (Begum Bridge) to provide education to street and working children, bridging them to formal education.

Major Milestone

Reached out to 4,648 direct and indirect beneficiaries. Expanded Flora Gardens School to include 6-10 standard program exclusively for girls.

Continued Growth

Over 5,000 students taught. Planning expansion to Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, and Bijnore districts. Collaboration with Tara – Crafted By Her.

With over two decades of experience in social work and education, Ms. Shabana has been the driving force behind The Ayesha Foundation’s growth and impact. Her vision of education as a tool for breaking the poverty cycle has transformed thousands of lives across Uttar Pradesh.
